Signature Loaves

Hand-shaped and naturally leavened. Our breads are crafted to showcase the depth of flavor only achievable through slow fermentation and wild yeast.

We are committed to your wellbeing and nutritional health. To accomplish this, we pay close attention to the ingredients used during the baking process, avoiding sugars and dairy and replacing them with:
Dried fruit, which are excellent sources of concentrated energy, fiber, minerals (potassium, magnesium), and antioxidants. Perfect for digestion and intestinal transit.
Italian olive oil: rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9) and antioxidants (polyphenols, vitamin E).

We are an artisan micro-bakery dedicated to the craft of slow-fermented sourdough. Our mission is to bring authentic, high-quality, and naturally leavened bread to your table.

How do I order?

We bake fresh every morning, place a pre-order through our online or via WhatsApp to ensure your favorite loaf is reserved for you. Quality takes time, and we bake in limited batches.

How should I store it?

To maintain the crust, store your loaf cut-side down on a wooden board. For longer storage, we recommend freezing slices in a sealed bag to preserve the fresh, airy texture.
