We are committed to your wellbeing and nutritional health. To accomplish this, we pay close attention to the ingredients used during the baking process, avoiding sugars and dairy and replacing them with:
Dried fruit, which are excellent sources of concentrated energy, fiber, minerals (potassium, magnesium), and antioxidants. Perfect for digestion and intestinal transit.
Italian olive oil: rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9) and antioxidants (polyphenols, vitamin E).
